How to propose a time by adding it to the signup

Step 1.  If you haven't already done so, add your contact info to the contact list by going to http://meaningfulaction.org/nvccontactlist/

Step 2.  Log in to SignUpGenius and add your proposed time(s).

To add additional dates and/or times to an existing sign up, log into the SignUpGenius account and choose the green "Login as Admin" button.  Select the pencil icon to the right of the sign up you wish to edit.

Go to the Slots tab. Here you will see existing dates and times.  

Click the Add Dates button.

After selecting the Add Dates button, you will see three options: Add from Calendar, Add Recurring Dates and Add Time Slots.  ("Add Time Slots" is not relevant for what we're using this signup for.)  When adding your dates, please put your name in the Location field, so that we'll know that it's you who is proposing a date/time.  

(Don't be confused about the "All available slots" thing.  Everything in our signup has only one kind of slot that can be signed up for, so yes we want what you're putting in to be assigned to all available slots.)
